DONATIONS As a 501 [c] 3 public charity, we can accept donations to the Donna M Seager Memorial Scholarship. There are several ways in which you can donate:

1. Donate by Mail Send donation form with check or cash to: DMS Scholarship, PO Box 261, Fairview, UT 84629

2. Donate directly to Cache Valley Bank There are several branches throughout the state. [List link below]. When in the bank, simply tell them you wish to donate to the DMS Scholarship, account ending in #2307 and send your name and city and a copy of your receipt by mail to the address above.

3. Online Donations We have set up a link that accepts donations from your debit card or credit card and you can access it by clicking button below when it becomes active.

4. In Person Should you want to travel to Fairview, UT you can deliver in person to the Board President, 350 Mountainville HWY, Fairview UT. Send text to (435) 749-4771 to schedule a time to meet. Anyone who donates $250 USD or more will receive a Tax Donation Statement and they may choose to donate to a specific district/high school by indicating on the tax donation form when it becomes available. Note: No statement for donations under $250 will be available as it does not require a donation statement for tax purposes, but we will send a thank you note via email. All donations under $250 USD will be placed in the General Scholarship fund.
