This scholarship is given on behalf of Donna M Seager, 1940 – 2025, who became an artist during the last 14 years of her life after serving as an educational counselor for over 40 years. She was known for her service to others and her simple philosophy was "Everyone is of equal value."
We are now recognized by the state of Utah as a non-profit organization and are confirmed as a 501 c 3 public charity by the IRS. We have posted our organization documents & confirmation on this website.

This scholarship program is for 2 schools this year:
1. for the graduating class of 2026 North Sanpete High School in Mt. Pleasant, Utah and
2. for the graduating class of 2026 Pinnacle Canyon Academy in Price, Utah
They will be given to a senior student who will be majoring at a college or university in one of the following areas:
FINE ARTS, COUNSELING, AND TECHNOLOGY - North Sanpete
FINE ARTS and TECHNOLOGY- Pinnacle
